Summary Description	The project will consist of four major activities: characterize Lviv's sources of greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and other air pollutants assist Lviv policy-makers in developing specific policy recommendations for reducing GHGs and other pollutants in the region in the various economic sectors (energy, industry, agriculture, etc.) identify several candidate projects and develop formal memoranda describing the projects' expected costs and potential for GHG emissions reductions conduct informal workshops or seminars for regional policy-makers, journalists, and the public on the science and potential impacts of climate change, the UNFCCC process (including the importance of GHG inventories), and potential economic, environmental, and health-related benefits associated with reducing GHG emissions
